EXAMS CAN’T BE SO STRESSFUL

 



I’m going to talk about how we can study without getting 

stressed.


Sometimes lot of students have maybe 3 or 4 exams on the

 same day.Also we have to add the homework the projects and 

after schools activities we have .Literally we don’t have time

 to chill out.


First ,we spend six hours at school learning things.Then ,we

 arrive home and after we have lunch we start doing our

 homework and take notes for the exams .

However ,some days we have after-schools activities so we

 have to do all the things so quickly and we don’t have enough

 time.

We spent 1 and a half or 2 hours doing activities and then we

 have to come back to continue studying .

Then we have dinner and have to sleep early because the 

next day have school.

Are your days the same?


In my opinion taking a nap is the best way to relax .I know 

you probably dont have time to take it ,but one time I read 

that the best one is a 26 min nap.

We also can take breaks when we are studying eat something ,

but always healthy food and drink lots of water.

We also need to plan our exams in advance ,because we can

 postpone everything until the last minute and that’s so 

stressful.

So make sure you plan all your things well
